3/3 on misdelivered or missing packages...
Got there 5 minutes before closing....trying to make it from there from work and the door was locked....this is truly annonying, if your hours are posted that you close at 4 you should NOT lock the doors until 4pm....but i really dont expect much from the postal service....they always have poor customet service!
No mail has been delivered in our Arabi neighborhood for 2 days! The back office staff are rude and seem as if they could care less about customer satisfaction.
Always was and always will be the the worst post office experience of your life. There isn't a zero or minus rating so had to go with the lowest on scale.
Best experience ever! I have a business meaning I have to send many packages and they accepted it all! They are so friendly and nice.
