Every Wal-Mart Pharmacy I've been to has never had a problem pulling my info. I went to Wal-Mart in Chalmette and they couldn't find me. She told me I had to call the last Wal-Mart I went to and find out what address they used. I asked her if it was listed under my current address and told her my street name. She told m I would have to call and ask the other Wal-Mart because I had too many addresses in the system. I had dental work, I could barely talk and it hurt to move my mouth. This lazy, incompetent woman made me call to get the address from the other store and the address was MY CURRENT ADDRESS, the one I asked her about and the one that's listed on my ID! She made me go through all that pain when she could have just taken time to listen to me.
Poor service
Always have prescriptions ready in a timely manner, unless out of stock (rare). Very friendly staff.
