Always great service and good food. The cooks, waiters and waitresses never seem like they don't want to be work, they're happy upbeat and seem like they genuinely enjoy their jobs! They'll remake orders of they aren't right and won't give you any lip about it. Overall great atmosphere any time of day. Super busy Sunday mornings!
Workers are extremely nice! Especially a worker named Tammy! She Is so respectful and the food is great! I come here every week and eat and they even remember what i get and where I sit haha
We travel a lot so Waffle House is our go to for good and fast...normally. This was the worst experience we have had to date. All 3 of our orders were screwed up in some way. Hubby is allergic to mushrooms and his food was covered in them. Pointed it out and they started picking them out. Allergic...cannot have them in his food. Eggs were so overcooked they might as well have been hard boiled when ordered over medium. My hash browns were seriously undercooked and ordered them well. Sons were ordered with mushrooms and gravy...counted 2 and maybe a half cup gravy on a double order. Just disappointed. Asked how it was we told the truth and the waitress couldn't stop laughing. Yes laughing. Wont be back to that one again. Not same standards. They were too busy chatting than to make sure we were satisfied. Oh and we were the only customers so they weren't busy....laughed over our complaints. Who does that?
Do not order the steak there the other food is good the service is ok if busy they are slow.I ordered one day steak and eggs never again will I order steak there.I have had other food that is good there eggs,waffles,chicken sandwhich,bacon,grits are all good but there steak is not.I would rather go when they are not busy you get better sevice.
