But this last time I ordered from there my food came 1 hour late..... Not only being late, it was either missing part of my order (1 order of cinnamon sticks)
MY PIZZA HAD ONIONS WHEN I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR NO ONIONS
Ended up ordering somewhere else. Losing out on more money than planned. Contacting corporate tomorrow!

I'm usually 99.9% of the time happy as can be with Papa John's as they are my favorite pizza place.
And
4 cheese sauces.
Ordered on-line... they still didn't get it right. Sorry for the people that try, they dont. Poo-poo. No more.
And my extra sauces I PAID EXTRA FOR
normally do and went to go pick it up from the drive through window.. i check the pizza before leaving and it had wrong toppings on it. I told the attendant that it wasn't made right and she just took the box from my hand and closed the window. I was thinking that she may be angry because she didn't tell me wether i was getting a refund or getting another pizza..... so 5 mins went by and i rang the service bell that out side the window and she came up, i asked her what was going on and she said that she was making another pizza for me. At that point i was ok with waiting and so i waited and she came back 5 mins later with another pizza with the right toppings this time. But when i got home and tried to pick up a slice it fell apart because it wasn't cooked all the way. So i went back and complained ahlnd now she had a real nasty look on her face and very rudely said "well wat u want me to do!" I respectively asked for my money back. I got my refund but i feel like i was robbed of valuable time.

The girl that works there is so rude! This branch used to be good until the they hired her. Will mess up your order and won't even apologize for it. Waste of valuable time and resources. What a shame. Used to get pizza here all the time guess I'm going to dominos now.
Because my boyfriend and son are allergic to onions!!!!!!!!!!!
