It was ok. The room was well kept. It did have a mildew smell but it is Louisiana.
Wish I had more hands I'll give it 4 thumbs down....
If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. The ONLY good thing about this hotel was the nice lady at the desk, and the comfortable bed. First of all, you walk up squeaky stairs that feel like they are going to fall in to get to your room. Then we walked in to a room that smelled like mothballs and mildew. The bathtub and shower curtain were green and black with mold. And the counter and sink of our bathroom was COVERED in ants. To top it off, there were lizards running around the bathroom. Needless to say, we will not be back and I advise everyone to steer clear.
Really too far away from anything and very isolated. The pool in the hot tub were cold. I complain and they said "oh well". Not worth $105 for the night. Find someplace better.
The rooms were exceptionally clean and well stocked. Staff were/are great. Thank you for the warm welcome to our new home.
