Its okay, as long as you only need clinic-level checkup and minor illness-type care. They are frustrating in that they avoid giving the strongest and most effective versions of treatment initially, odten requiring additional visits and inconvenience in order to truly get aid.
If I could give less stars I would. The absolute worst, most unprofessional, rude, incompetent staff I have ever seen. Been coming here for 3 years because of convenient location and have not once been able to be seen by an actual doctor. Have not had a nurse, nurse practitioner, or even an extra technician spend more than 15 seconds in the room with me or want to hear what I’m dealing with. This place deserves to be closed down and if the right person would see how this hospital is run they would be in a lot of trouble.
Worst hospital EVER i have been here 4 hours still have yet to be seen. They claim computer picks ppl to call not even possible there is no way ppl are being called based on problems when they pulling ppl to back that are laughing talking having agood ole time. Meanwhile im dying in the waiting room.
I had a wonderful experience with the hospital this past Spring. I had a major problem with my leg because of a rare disorder. The staff investigated and ran every test possible to narrow down the issue. Many people warned me about this hospital, but I personally had life changing stellar service. Dr. Bitar, Truxillo and Contrary worked togther as a team to take care of me. I am forever grateful for their thoughtful care!
This is the WORST HOSPITAL!!!!! My daughter's appendix ruptured and the triage nurse with the long dreads made her wait for almost 3 hours until getting seen. Come to find out she needs emergency surgery..the same triage nurse comes up to me and instead of apologizing she says Calm down Mom if I would've thought she was unstable I would have never made her wait.. WHAT?? THAT IS MY KIDS LIFE.. not to mention the other nurses collapsed all of her veins in both arms. While I was waiting they even turned away a pregnant woman who's due date was that day. she was having contractions.. SBPH is a joke!!!!
