Horrible horrible people... The manager is so rude. Cursed customers out. Always has an attitude with staff and customers. Always rolls her eyes at people. An plenty of more.. They also don't go by times on the door, according to the door they open late and close early.. The delivery drivers always talking about drugs and always look loaded.. And ALWAYS ON THE PHONE WHILE DRIVING!!!!!
If a I give them an zero I will...Did and online lease about 3 weeks now been calling the store for the manager Ashanti never call back... When I did talk to her she lie and said that my order never came in but when I call customer service they said my order been in since the 5th of June..SMH worst customer service ever will never order or get anything else from you guys. Please don't shop at Arron's on West Judge Perez.
worst service ever miss a few MINUTES on a payment they are going to call you 175 time in one day. The Managing staff are the worst Ashanti to be exact very rude and has a very nasty disposition. She calls you a million times a day and was EXTREMLEY rude to my father when he answered the phone an almost got cursed out. I will be so glad once im done dealing with this store for GOOD!!!! If I were management I'd send Ashanti in particular to MANDATORY CUSTOMER SERVICE COURSE..
Worse customer service lied directly to my face once and twice over the phone still don't have my merchandise and its in the store!!!!!!
