Had a reservation for 11am, didn't get out of there until 12. The csr was not professional at all. After waiting a hour to be served he tries to skip me.... Then tells me I can't use my current bill as proof of residency cause it has to be a bill from the previous month (which makes no sense) after calling State Farm (guess he thought my insurance cards was fake) he grabs the keys to a rental and we go outside where we walk around the car and I sign documents on this tablet. The car had paint on the windows and scratches on the back bumper that I was told not to worry about and he told me I had 1/4 tank of gas and handed me the keys. I asked for my rental contact and he said it was emailed to me...... I explained that I would rather have the paper contract so there would be no misunderstanding about gas or damage. We went inside and he printed me a contact. I go to leave, get in the car and the gas needle is on E!!!!! I go right back in and tell him about it and he then prints out another contact and notes the car was empty..... had I just pulled off they would have been trying to charge me. This location needs retraining.

Awful! I went to pick up a car and was told that because I was using my debit card that I would need to show proof of insurance, showed the enterprise associate that, he then asked for a paycheck stub. I'm not trying to buy a car, this was just a simple rental so why is my paycheck stub necessary. This is not my first time renting from this location so I don't understand why all of the extra information was needed smh. I had to cancel important plans due to this since I was not able to go home to print out my paycheck stubs. This location has lost my business for good.
This place overcharged me and didnt give me what i ordered and made me responsible for charges that did not occur!
Car was not ready for pick up at giving time, had to wait for car to be delivered. The service was great and the CS Associate was helpful. It was a inconvenience to have to make two trips to pick up rental, but the employee was more than helpful and upgraded our car. I will use Enterprise again because of it's great employees and customer service.
